are now one and the same company!

The merger took place as of 1/1-2011

In recent years, Granly Marine and Esbjerg Shipyard have worked more and more closely together. In order to optimise our processes and provide even better service for our customers and suppliers a decision has been taken to merge the two companies.

This means that Esbjerg Shipyard is now an even more complete supplier of new builds, docking, paint jobs, bottom treatments, hulls, plumbing, plastic welding, engine replacement and class work. Everything we find is necessary to allow us to compete with the market's big players. In addition, we can perform all forms of metalwork and handle projects of any scale, large or small.

We hope our new structure will provide us with a solid base for many years come to meet the challenges we will face both onshore and offshore.
